Hi, and thanks for visiting. I am heart broken...I went yesterday and a boy who could not have been more than 10...(ok he was older, but it sure did not seem like it) told me there was nothing to be done....I don't have much faith in his statement as he was on his cel for more than 15 minutes while explaining to me some blah, blah, blah about my pics, camera and disk....I am going to call the manufac. today to see if they can retrieve the images from the actual disk....sigh...please send a prayer for this...I know it's silly, but I met some amazing women with some amazing stories and my heart is sad...any way, do you know what the retrieval thingy is called? I can go and buy one today...it won't hurt to try!!!
